Hygie : A new range with increased cleanability

The automatic evisceration “HYGIE” range has been specifically studied for evisceration of Pekin and Barbary duck.

The “HYGIE” line is available in the 6 stages of the duck evisceration process with machines of 8” or 203mm chains.

All this new “HYGIE” range integrates innovative automation technologies for simplified machine adjustment. The electric cylinders are now activated directly via the touchscreen, which does not require the intervention of a qualified operator.

A key feature in slaughterhouses today, the cleanability has been optimized and facilitated by the integration of an innovative frame that makes the central machine shaft accessible. Thanks to this improvement, the “HYGIE” line ensures an optimized cleaning time and a reduced risk of bacterial contamination.
